OTOS – Nord Anglia Education

OTOS stands for Outstanding Teachers for Outstanding Schools and is the overall banner programme for how we attract, select and recruit the very best teachers. OTOS was launched initially through a London recruitment event in January 2014 and was specifically designed to create a truly unique candidate experience which combined each individual schools’ recruitment, with the opportunity to learn more about Nord Anglia Education as a whole.
